Free Crochet Pattern preview - Lorraine's Dance Dress

     Hi everyone!  Today, I don't have enough time to post a pattern, so I'm posting a preview of the pattern that I will post next week.  This is another outfit for Barbie and is from Back to the Future.  If you haven't seen this movie (it is from the 80s) just Google it and you'll probably see a picture of a girl wearing a dress that looks like the picture below.

     For this dress, I made a top, crocheted a lacy skirt, and put one of my Barbie Romantic Tutu.  It makes the dress fuller and also makes it a little less see-through.  I also crocheted a gold bracelet with metallic gold thread.

Annie's First Birthday Photos and Free Pattern Preview

     Hi!  Today, I will be sharing some pictures of Annie's first birthday!  I will also be sharing a preview of the next FREE pattern to be shared here next week.  Incidentally, it happens to be the gift I made Annie for her birthday. :)

We had a nice day this week, so, we went to our local playground.

We went on the swings,

Looked around,

And took a nap. :)

And now for the preview...

This little ball is perfect for little hands - Annie loves rolling it on the floor.  It is very simple and easy to make.  The pattern only requires single crochets and some minor increases.

Cinderella's Blue Ball Gown - Crochet Pattern Preview

     Hi, everyone!  Here is a preview of the next free crochet pattern to be shared here; let me present to you Cinderella's Blue Ball gown!  This pattern will be shared next Saturday, which is March 14th, the day after Cinderella comes to theaters!  I cannot wait to see the movie, and neither can my siblings. :)

     Today, I will just be sharing a preview of the pattern, and next week I will post the pattern.  Take a look at the pictures below - I'm sure you're already looking forward to making this gown for Barbie. :) 

I love how pretty Cinderella's ball gown is.  It is fairly easy to make, yet the finished product is stunning.  

Don't you love the butterflies on the bodice?  It gives such a magical touch to the outfit.  

I have to say that I love how full the skirt is!  All I did was use my romantic skirt pattern (find my free tutorial here) and layered two white skirts underneath a blue one.  It was super simple!
